About Performance Training

Improving performance is what we focus on providing at M606 whether on 1 on 1 basis or in a group setting.

In both cases we will assess athletes individually to determine a performance enhancement outcome.

Sessions/Programs will created with the aim to improve performance by building strength and power, as well as identifying/addressing areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury.

Components of performance

The performance training will be based on 

  • Mental: ability to focus on the desire goal
  • Movement: move better perform better
  • Nutrition: advice to fuel the body to maximise full benefits training
  • Recovery: proper recovery prepares for the next activity and prevents injury
